The interiors are elegant and comfortable. The compound is spread over a huge area of 2000 square meters, so you will always find a cozy corner. Bedrooms: There are 9 bedrooms in this Tuscan rental villa. The ground floor has 3 bedrooms, one with two queen beds, one with a double sofa bed, and the third bedroom has bunk beds, which is perfect for the kids. You will find the remaining 6 bedrooms on the first floor. Five of them come with queen beds. The sixth bedroom here has bunk beds. They are all spacious and airy. The kids are going to enjoy the bunk beds.

The house has five bathrooms – two on the ground floor and three on the upper level. They have shower cubicles, large mirrors, and modern basins. Towels and hairdryers are provided.

Outdoors: Located on a winding road, the villa is surrounded by rolling hills, thick forests, wide-open spaces, and groves. It is spread over 2000 square meters, opening to the gentle slopes of the hillside. Enjoy al-fresco dining or a picnic lunch on the lawn. Prepare a barbecue meal. The villa also has a private swimming pool where you can spend quality time with your family. The kids are going to love splashing around. Spread out on the poolside lawn to relax, read a book, or simply bask in the Tuscan sun.

Indoors: The interior has been lovingly updated to ensure that guests who stay in this holiday villa enjoy twenty-first-century comforts. The décor blends antique furnishings with a modern twist. The textiles are from the local weavers. Villa Adelaide’s vibe is distinctly personal, which ensures it is more of a private home instead of an impersonal hotel.

The formal dining area can sit up to 22 guests. The cozy living room has a fireplace that will keep you warm when the temperature drops in the evening. The villa’s well-equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and pizza oven. On the ground floor, you will also find a Club-Zone where you can organize a workshop, entertain guests, and serve lunch/dinner. It is a large property that can be perfect for small to mid-sized corporate events.

Staff Quarters: Water, gas, electricity, WiFi internet, and all utilities are included with your stay here. Pool maintenance is also included. The villa’s gardener will keep the property clean and looking good. You can also for midweek cleaning, cooking and babysitting service at an extra cost and by giving advance notice.
