Bedrooms: All the five bedrooms in Villa Abracadabra have ensuite bathrooms, smart TV and a dressing room. The rooms face the lagoon so you already have the best views. The bedrooms are minimally decorated with little furniture, except a side table, chair and a mirror. The bathrooms are spacious and elegantly designed with wooden floors and brown tile aesthetics. One of the bedrooms is directly connected to the outdoor patio that further extends to the lush lawns and waterside. There are a few extra chairs as well. With fresh sheets and clean mattresses, you will be at maximum comfort throughout your stay.

Outdoors: A property so magnificent, you will love spending time outdoors at Villa Abracadabra. It is so spacious with lawns and pools. The pool on the lower level which faces the lagoon has a few sun loungers so you can directly sleep under the sunny blue skies. There is a second pool on the upper level, which is again surrounded by a shaded deck with comfortable seating. There is an outdoor dining area by the poolside. The shaded verandah on the ground floor also has seating space. You can enjoy your meals by the waterfront feeling the cool breeze in the evenings. The home has a barbecue facility as well.

Indoors: Villa Abracadabra’s indoor spaces are also mighty impressive as they exude elegance through the decor and furniture. The living room has four couches to accommodate everyone comfortably. The large open windows give a peak into the blue views outside. There are multiple lounge areas in the home, along with dining areas. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with modern amenities to cook scrumptious meals. The kitchen also has a side area with chairs to enjoy some quick snacks. The area has sliding windows that look over to the blue waters outside. There is a dining area right outside the kitchen window. Villa Abracadabra also has a common fitness area with workout equipment.

Staff Quarters: Villa Abracadabra is a magnificent property with all luxurious amenities for comfortable living for large groups. Every room has a smart TV. There is WiFi throughout the property. The home has a wine cooler as well. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, microwave, espresso machine, toaster, electric stove and blender. The home also comes with a dishwasher and washing machine. There is barbecue equipment available as well. A trained team of concierge staff will be there to attend your any other service requests.

Location: Villa Abracadabra has a very convenient location in the Maho area of St Martin. It is right across the Simpson Bay Lagoon and close to Mullet Bay beach. A 5-min drive will take you to the town. The nearest grocery store is just 2 mins away. There are a lot of activities you can do around this property. If you like golf, then Mullet Bay Golf is within 5 minutes from the villa. Some of the beaches you can chill at such as Cupecoy Beach, Baie Lounge, Maho beach are all within 10 mins from the villa. If you want to visit the Fort Louis Marigot, it is a 20-min drive.
