Bedrooms: The 9 bedrooms are spread over different areas of the property. The main house has four bedrooms, including the master suite, which has its own swimming pool. This ensuite bedroom comes with a tub. Two other bedrooms here are connected, perfect for a family with two young children.

There is also a studio with two bedrooms, its own living area, and a kitchenette. You will find the remaining bedrooms downstairs, including a hurricane-proof room, which works as a studio too. This bedroom also has a kitchenette. Seven bedrooms in this luxury property have large king beds, while two have twin beds that can be converted to kings. They are all air-conditioned, have large wardrobes, sitting areas, and provide wonderful views of the hills and sea.

Outdoors: Every corner of this luxury property is fantastic. The outdoors features a lush garden with pathways meandering through the estate and connecting its various corners. You will find a manicured lawn and many tall trees, which will make you feel like you are in a tropical paradise. Sounds and sights of busy city life are a million miles away.

A wraparound infinity swimming pool features in the front portion of the villa. Swim up to the edge for a fantastic view. You will feel like you are flowing on air. The poolside wooden deck has many recliners for your relaxation. There is also an outside dining area with a wet bar and a barbecue.

Indoors: The house is large, so it doesn’t feel cramped even for a large group of 12 guests. You will find plenty of corners where you can socialize with your family or friends, but you will still find places where you can get away from everyone to enjoy your moment of solitude. The living room is spacious. It is open on two sides that allow the sea breeze to flow through easily. It also gives you a better view of the rolling hills and the ocean.

The kitchen with many modern appliances is located on one side. There is also a sea-facing dining area that seats all the guests. The indoor cinema with 12 motorized seats is a highlight of this property. You can also head to the gym for a good workout during your holiday.

Staff Quarters: From a gym, to a cinema, a gourmet kitchen, Jacuzzi, to two swimming pools… Villa 3H provides everything for a luxury stay. Everything is exclusively for you and your group for the duration of your stay. There is also a large-screen television and a DVD player for your entertainment. Use all kitchen appliances, pots, and pans, or hire the services of a professional chef. The cost of housekeeping is included in your stay.

A winding road leads down from the neighborhood to Gustavia, where you will find a vibrant harbor, many cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops.
