Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.Chewing tobacco: Strictly prohibited with no exceptions.Pets: Pets are allowed on the property. Maximum occupancy: Adhere to the maximum occupancy limit for your villa. Any additional guests must be approved by the management beforehand.Damage & breakages: Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay. Please report any incidents to the management promptly. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.Cleanliness: Please maintain the cleanliness of the villa during your stay. Use designated trash bins for disposing of garbage and avoid littering the property.Safety & security: Ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the villa unattended. ELIVAAS will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.Amenities & facilities: Use the provided amenities and facilities responsibly, and follow any posted guidelines.Compliance: All guests must comply with local laws and regulations.
