The Vale Rusutsu is at the foothill of the award-winning Rusutsu ski resort. Designed with nature as a focus enables guests to enjoy nature from dawn to dusk. As an all-season resort, guests can enjoy ultimate ski in ski out experience in winter and fabulous hues of greens in the summer. A selection of in-resort activities are available within convenient distance including onsen and spa as well as winter activities, amusement park and golf courses. There is also an onsite reception and cafe to cater to guests’ needs.

Bedrooms: All three bedrooms are equipped with super comfortable “Simmons” bed ensuring a restful night’s sleep and a large tv . Additional bedding is available for 2 guests. All bedrooms have stunning views, affording residents to enjoy the magic of night skiing in the evenings and the fascinating hues of the changing seasons in the day. The bathrooms are spacious and fitted with high quality fixtures, shower, vanities and premium toiletries.

Outdoors: The building is connected directly to the resort’s “Kotobuki no Yu” onsen (hotspring), while on the second floor is a contemporary cafe where you can opt for quick meals or drinks. Numerous dining venues, amusement park, and golf courses are within walking distance.

Indoors: The generous living space is spacious enough for up to 6 people to relax in comfort. Enjoy the beautiful scenery from the large floor-to-ceiling windows. Relax with a good book on the super palatial sofas. Chit-chat with a cup of matcha on the comfortable one-seater couch. Kids can enjoy a variety of entertainment on the huge smart TV with both English and japanese channels. Gather for a meal at the cosy dining space with a table for eight, which is also great to host an intimate dinner party. The home’s spacious kitchen is generously equipped with branded appliances including microwave oven dishwasher, freezer/refrigerator, stoves and utensils.

Staff Quarters: Our friendly concierge team is ready 24/7 to provide you with the best service and meet all your needs. An onsite reception desk is available to answer your inquiries. Cleaning is provided every 2 days with a mid-stay cleaning every 4 days. Our resourceful concierge team can help make arrangements for all other required services, such as acquiring ski passes, arranging ski lessons, childcare services, and booking for onsen/spa treatment. Do note that these additional services do come with separate charges. For those driving here, onsite parking is available.

Location: The Rusutsu resort covers three mountains with enough terrains to suit skiers and snowboarders of all levels. The areas have plenty of famous powder snow, hence, making a preferred resort in Hirafu. Its strategic location makes it easy for guests to transition to apres-ski. Nearby are a variety of food, shopping and entertainment options for guests of all ages. In winter, guests can go skiing, snowboarding and more while in the summer families can enjoy a fun time at the amusement and waterpark and adults can play tennis or golf at several of the popular golf courses around.
