Welcome to 1-bedroom suites in the Vale Rusutsu property. These spacious accommodations are located from the 1st level of the building to the seventh floor. Featuring single bedrooms with double beds, each of the condominium-style apartments can sleep two guests and therefore, are ideal for couples or two friends who need to share a memorable vacation.

Bedrooms: The only bedroom with a bathroom in each apartment offers an option of either double or two single beds where two people can sleep soundly. An additional bed will be provided for an extra guest when required. There is a shower room with a toilet, bidet, and hairdryer. The room is also beautifully decorated with unique wall pictures and plenty of storage facilities.

Outdoors: If you reside in this apartment during winter, you will be happy to ski all day long as the slopes are just outside the property. The ski locker is available in the basement to make it easier for guests to access the slopes. Next to the apartment, there is Kotobuki Onsen & Spa where you can always go for massage and therapy after a long day of skiing.

Indoors: In this single-bedroom suite, guests will be able to make their meals inside a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee maker. The rental also features a small dining space for two where you can share a romantic dinner with your spouse. The lounge is comfortably furnished and has a glass wall that allows you to have breathtaking views of the mountains and forest. A TV with several channels and WiFi internet are available for your entertainment too.

Staff Quarters: Being located in an award-winning best resort ski hotel in Japan, it goes without saying the services are superb with great staff. The hotel has onsite restaurants where guests can have their dinner with others. The rental also offers laundry equipment with a dryer and so your skiing outfits can always be smart.

Location: Depending on which season you visit Japan, there are lots of activities that you can engage in. If you go for your vacation during winter, then be sure to try all types of skiing as the apartment is a ski-in ski-out property. Those who prefer to go during summer will also have fun playing golf, hiking, and cycling. The town nearby also has several eateries and pubs for visitors to explore more.
