Bedrooms: As its name suggests, the property has 3 luxuriously designed ensuite bedrooms, with minimalist touches. Each of the rooms comes with nice and comfortable beds (either double or twin), closets and bedside tables, while its spacious ensuite bathrooms have high-end fixtures, bathtub, shower, finest toiletries and vanities. An extra bed (Japanese futon) or crib can be added to the room if necessary (can be arranged with a small fee).

Outdoors: The Ace Family lift is right at your doorstep, so you can easily hop right on the lift for direct access to the powdery slopes from complex’s ski room. A minute’s stroll takes you to the Grand Hirafu ski area. The main street of Hirafuzaka, dotted with restaurants, cafes, nightlife, entertainment, activities spots and retail stores are all reachable within 5 minutes. If you do not feel like heading out, especially in the cold Niseko winter, you can opt to take your meals onsite at the in-house cafe and restaurant.

Indoors: Its interior spaces adopt a contemporary style with clean and attractive designs and subtle colour palette exuding calm and welcoming vibes. Huge windows across the unit encourage the inflow of natural lighting as well as provides stunning views of the surrounding sceneries. The open plan living space features cosy sitting area with a super comfy sofa and smart tv (with both Japanese and English channels), a dining table for 4 and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances like refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine and oven, amongst others. Staff Quarters: Our friendly concierge team is on hand to take care of all your needs during your stay. Cleaning is provided free of charge every 2 days, while a mid-stay cleaning takes place every 4 days. A 24 hours service/reception desk is at your disposal. The team can help will with all your requests for services such as ski passes bookings, arrangements for ski lessons, childcare and more, which may incur additional costs.

Location: Given The Maples’s prime location, there are plenty of options to explore in the surrounding areas. While the Ace Family Lifts is at its doorstep, the Ace Family Quad lifts is approximately 350 metres from here. After a long day of fun on the slopes, head to A-Bu Cha and Bang Bang, two of the most popular Izakayas in the area to wind down. The Grand Hirafu ski resort is a short minute walk. To stock up on quick snacks or basic essentials 400 metres away you will find Seicomart (a convenience store chain). Not too far away (same distance) is the Hirafu Welcome Centre where you can get information about Hirafu/Niseko. Golfers will be delighted to know that there are 4 championship golf courses nearby. Within distance are also retail stores, eateries, bars, cafes, entertainment and activities shops.
