With guests’ needs in mind, onsite is a cafe, restaurant and ski room exclusively for guests’ usage. The property is within close distance to many other conveniences such as retail outlets, entertainment and activities spots and eateries, all within a 5 minutes walk.

Bedrooms: Luxuriate in one of the 2 beautifully designed bedrooms. Wake up to the verdant views of the majestic Mt Yotei right from your bedroom window. The palatial bed (double or twin), airconditioning and heater promote a blissful sleep while the huge Smart TV with Japanese and English channels provides that private entertainment. Along with these comes a generously spaced closet for your personal belongings, in-room safe to keep important items safe and a big wooden table. As the rooms are extremely spacious, there is always space for an extra bed or two (Japanese futon) which can be requested and is chargeable.

The large bathrooms provides ample space to refresh yourself given its high-end fixtures, premium toiletries, vanities, bathtub and shower.

Outdoors: With the Ace Family Lift right at your doorstep, you can easily jump in and head to the powdery slopes. Take a slow walk through the street and admire the beautiful scenery toward the bustling main street of Hirafuzaka. However, if you are too tired to head out for meals, there is a cafe and restaurant onsite for your dining needs.

Indoors: The tasteful interiors which are both clean and stylish, have been designed to bring out the best that Niseko has to offer. Focusing on simple, light, airy tones, and natural material throughout, there are floor-to-ceiling windows across the home, allowing in natural light off the ski slopes that accentuates the bright alpine atmosphere. This family-friendly has plenty of spaces for relaxation and entertaining, beginning from its generous living space with its oh-so-comfortable designer sofas, smart TV with streaming media as well as Japanese and English channels to a beautifully crafted wooden six-seater dining table where meals can be taken, and finally towards a full kitchen<’strong> filled with the necessary appliances including oven, dishwasher, stove. A one seater lounge chair in the corner is great for some personal time or reflection.

Staff Quarters: Our super-friendly team will take care of all your needs during your stay at The Maples. The hardworking housekeepers ensure each unit is clean every 2 days with a mid-stay cleaning every 4 days. The concierge can help with bookings and all other services you may need like ski lessons, ski pass bookings, childcare and many more, which may come with separate costs.

Soak away your aches and pains at the many Onsens (Japanese hotsprings) in an outdoor setting, taking in the awesome vistas. Tee off at one of the 4 world class golf courses.
