Set across 125 sq metres, the wonderful 2 bedroom ski view apartments makes a wonderful ski retreat as it is nestled within The Maples, a truly ski in ski out accommodation in the heart of Hirafu, Niseko in Hokkaido. This beautiful gem contains large open plan living spaces, modern fully equipped kitchen, 2 luxurious bedrooms and 2 spacious bathrooms and not to forget, verdant views of the ski slopes. They are located on levels 2-5 of The Maples building. The residence opens up on one side directly to the powder ski slopes, where you can access the entire ski fields of Annupuri while the other dons the lively main street of Hirafuzaka lined with various activities, retail stores, eateries and entertainment spots.

For guests’ convenience, there is an onsite ski room providing quick access to the slopes as the complex is right next to the Ace Family lift as well as a cafe and restaurant for dining of residents. All these onsite amenities are exclusively for residents’ use.

Bedrooms: There are 2 luxuriously designed bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms, which can sleep a maximum of 6 persons. Each room has comfortable beds of either a double or twin configuration, alongside a large private bathroom with high-quality fixtures, showers, vanities and premium toiletries. Both rooms are spacious enough for an additional bed (Japanese Futon).

Outdoors: An enormous floor-to-ceiling glass sliding door opens to a small balcony allowing you to take in some fresh air and appreciate views of the fabulous ski slopes, majestic Mt Annupuri and areas surrounding the home.

Indoors: Its indoor spaces embody clean and stylish designs, with large windows encouraging the inflow of natural light, high ceilings exuding sense of openness while the subtle colours reminisce traditional Japanese hues and have a welcoming vibe. The fully furnished cosy living space with plush sofas and huge smart tv with Japanese and English channels makes a great resting spot. Meals can be prepared in the lovely kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, electric kettle, toaster, oven, dishwasher, microwave among others. There is also a huge island table which can also be used for quick meals or snacks.

Staff Quarters: Our friendly concierge team will be on hand to assist you throughout your stay. Cleaning is complimentary every 2 days with a mid-stay cleaning every 4 days. All other on demand services such as ski passes, ski lessons, childcare and more can be arranged with additional charges.

Niseko has plenty to offer for everyone of all ages. Head to the many spas around the area for a good session. The little ones will enjoy themselves at the exclusive international childcare centre, Kids Club. Soothe away your pains and ache and experience the Onsen, (Japanese hot spring) amidst open spaces. Tee off at one of the 6 international championship golf courses within an hours’ drive. There are skiing lessons, ski refreshers as well as a host of other winter/ski activities to participate during the winter months, while summer activities include hiking, fly fishing and cycling.
