Additionally, one side of the building opens up to the Ace Family lift (which is right next door) affording you direct access to the powdery slopes. On the other side, is the bustling main streets of Hirafuzaka.

Bedrooms: Both bedrooms are luxuriously designed and the bathrooms are spacious. Both bedrooms also have very comfortable beds in either a double or twin configuration. Its spacious bathroom has high-quality fixtures, finest toiletries, vanities, washlet and shower. Each of the bedroom is generously sized enough for an additional bed (japanese futon), which is available on request and is chargeable.

Outdoors: Take a slow stroll around the area and take in the pristine sights and fresh air. Head to the ski room and jump straight onto the ski lift and make your way to the slopes. The Grand Hirafu resort is a minute’s walk away.

Indoors: The vast indoor space is perfect for soaking in the charm of Niseko and also to host an intimate party. Embodying clean and stylish appearance with subtle colours, it exudes a sense of calm and a welcoming vibes. Within the indoor areas is a small seating area with plush sofas great for relaxing while the wonderful kitchen complete with appliances like coffee maker, oven and dishwasher is ideal whether to cook up a storm or prepare light meals.

Staff Quarters: The friendly and resourceful concierge team will take care of all your needs during your stay. Cleaning is complimentary and done every 2 days, with a mid-stay cleaning every 4 days. A 24-hour service/reception desk is at your service for any concerns or inquiries. The team can help will with all your requests for services such as ski passes bookings, arrangements for ski lessons, childcare and more, which may incur additional costs.

Location: As The Maples is positioned strategically, surrounding it are ample options. the Ace Family Lifts is at its doorstep, while the Ace Family Quad lifts is approximately 350 metres from here.After a long day of fun on the slopes, head to A-Bu Cha and Bang Bang, two of the most popular Izakayas in the area. The Grand Hirafu ski resort is a short minute walk. To stock up on quick snacks or essentials, Seicomart (a convenience store chain) is 400 metres away. And not too far away (same distance) is the Hirafu Welcome Centre for information about Hirafu/Niseko. Golfers will be delighted to know that there are 4 championship golf courses nearby. Within the distance are also retail stores, eateries, bars, cafes, entertainment and activities spots.
