Bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: This ground-floor master bedroom is furnished with rustic bricked walls and has a pretty view of the garden. It is equipped with an AC, fan, wardrobe, extra mattress and an electric kettle. The washroom is beside the room and is shared with the ground-floor living room.
• Bedroom 2: This ground-floor master bedroom is adorned with ceiling lights and has a pretty view of the garden. It is equipped with an AC, fan, wardrobe, extra mattress and an electric kettle. It offers an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, geyser, towel and basic toiletries.
• Bedroom 3: There is 1 ensuite bathroom and 2 common bathrooms One common bathroom on the ground floor next to one bedroom and another common bathroom is present next to the swimming pool. The bathrooms are equipped with basic toiletries and essentials for the guests’ convenience.

Bathrooms:

• This enormous living room is furnished with marble flooring and has a way out directly to the pool. The area is equipped with a seating arrangement for up to 6 people, a portable music system and a TV. It is close to the kitchen.

Living Area:

• This dining area is next to the kitchen for easy access and convenience. This dining area has a seating arrangement for 8 people with a view of the swimming pool.

Dining Area:

• There is a shared outdoor pool, 32.5 x16.5 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in-depth and can be accessed from 6 AM – 9 PM. There is a washroom beside the pool to get ready or wrap up after a swim.

Lawns/Outdoors:

• The lawn is naturally grown and is about 13500 sq. ft with a seating arrangement for up to 4 people. It is big enough to engage in a lovely outdoor picnic or team games. There is a balcony on the first floor with seating arrangements, overlooking the pool and garden.

Meals:

• Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.Guests have access to the villa kitchen for reheating purposes.
