The master bedroom offers stunning views of Mt Yotei, while the guest bedroom and bathroom enjoy beautiful Mt Annupuri vistas, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The bathrooms are thoughtfully crafted, exuding sophistication and luxury, with high-quality fixtures, refreshing showers, premium toiletries, vanities, and a freestanding soaking tub.

Outdoors: Step outside onto the vast deck for quiet enjoyment of the rear garden, tranquil forest and captivating Mt Yotei in the green season. Moreover, on days (especially during the cold Niseko winters) when you don’t feel like heading out, the on-site restaurant serves as a great dining option.

Indoors: Its indoor spaces showcases a seamless fusion of modern luxury and thoughtful design. A floating stairs leads to the expansive, high-ceilinged living, dining and kitchen areas, with panoramic views of Mt Yotei. The living room has a super comfortable sofa exudes comfort and warmth, making it the ideal spot for relaxation and indulgence. Here, the large TV, allows you to binge on your favourite programmes comfortably. The cosy dining area, with its beautifully crafted wooden dining table, provides an elegant space for shared meals. The well-appointed open kitchen combines functionality with contemporary style and modern appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. A lovely huge island table separates the kitchen from the dining space, which can also be used as an extra dining space. Within the home is also a drying room for skis and equipment at your disposal.

Staff Quarters: To make your stay even more comfortable, a dedicated concierge team is available on-site to provide you with all the assistance you need including restaurant recommendations, ski lessons booking, ski passes purchase, arrangements for activities, childcare and more. These on-demand services may incur additional charges. In addition to these, guests can also get access to complimentary shuttle services in the winter, regular cleaning services (for stays above 7 days), linen and towel changes (for stays of more than 4 days), 24/7 phone support and free parking.
