Bedrooms: All 5 ensuite bedrooms are beautifully designed, exuding warmth and comfort that encourages a blissful sleep. Each of them is equipped with large, super comfortable beds (king or twin configurations),generous wardrobes, drawers and many more. One even has a small private seating area with huge armchairs – perfect for personal time. The exquisite ensuite bathrooms boast high-quality fixtures, refreshing showers, premier toiletries, invigorating bathtubs and vanities.

Outdoors: The enormous sliding door in the living room leads onto a lovely balcony, allowing you to view the amazing Mt Yotei and Mt Niseko Annupuri as well as the wonderful surroundings.

Additionally, when venturing out isn’t on your agenda, especially during the cold Niseko winters, the convenience of the estate’s on-site restaurant maybe a good choice for a delightful dining experience.

Indoors: The home’s expansive interior spaces are ideal for entertainment and relaxation as the space is very cosy and welcoming. It has a high ceiling and is spacious, allowing for superb viewing of both Mt Yotei and Mt Niseko-Annupuri via the many panelled windows enveloping the retreat. Guests can use a sizable Japanese bath on the ground floor. Chill out at its lavishly furnished living area with plush sofas. For entertainment, take your pick from the many international cable channels on the TV. Adjacent to it, you’ll find the wonderful dining room, with its beautifully set up dining table, ideal for hosting intimate dining. The meticulously designed, fully-equipped U-shaped modern kitchen features a suite of high-end appliances, including a dishwasher, built-in oven, toaster, refrigerator, coffee machine and electric kettle, ensuring ample culinary creations. The centrepiece is in its stylish island table, which promotes both functionality and socialising. There is also a drying room for ski equipment.

Staff Quarters: A dedicated on-site team is ready to cater to your every need, further elevating your experience. From offering restaurant suggestions and facilitating ski lessons to arranging activities and childcare, aiming to make your stay seamless. Do note, however, some services may incur additional charges.

In addition to the on-demand services, guests can take advantage of complimentary winter shuttle services, enjoy regular cleaning for stays over 7 days, experience linen and towel changes for stays beyond 4 days, 24/7 phone support, and enjoy free parking facilities.
