Bedrooms: This villa boasts a spacious one bedroom layout for two guests, prioritising serene living and ample personal space rather than accommodating more individuals. Furnished with a queen bed featuring a high-quality mattress, soft linens, and extra pillows for optimal comfort. Equipped with bedside tables, reading lights, a television, and a sizable wardrobe offering ample storage, the bedroom also grants direct access to the terrace and pool through a glass door. The bathroom has a bathtub and comes stocked with towels, toiletries, and bathrobes.

Outdoors: Upon entering through the fully-serviced reception area, a sense of absolute bliss awaits. Once you step into Villa Claremont, discover complete privacy thanks to tall enclosed walls surrounding each property within the estate. The focal point of the outdoor area is the generously sized private swimming pool with a shallow end for leisurely swims and morning breakfasts. Adjacent to the pool lies a wooden terrace, a small grassy lawn, and a garden, featuring a pair of recliners for relaxation before or after swimming. Positioned on the opposite side of the pool are a couple of garden chairs sheltered by an umbrella, providing a shaded spot to unwind.
