Both of the bedrooms centre around a gorgeous double bed, topped with high-quality pillows and crisp linens, from which you can enjoy a moment of peace as you watch a movie on your own wall-mounted TV. The master bedroom is also ensuite and features a cosy seating area with a sofa and coffee table: the perfect place to begin each morning in a fluffy dressing gown with a cup of matcha tea.

Outdoors: Step out through the front doors of the Terrazze complex and you’ll find yourself standing on pleasant tree-lined streets, set against the dramatic backdrop of snow capped Mount Yotei. If you’d like to enjoy some time out in nature, enjoying the bracing mountain breezes, take a walk to the Hirafukogen Central Park which is just a couple of streets away.

Indoors: It’s easy to see why the Terrazze complex was nominated for the World’s Best Ski Chalet in 2015. Location: Located at the heart of the Niseko United ski area, Hirafu Village is a picture-perfect mountain village which offers all of the amenities that you’d expect from a world-class ski destination. Within walking distance of the ski lifts, the town is conveniently connected to Niseko’s 22 excellent pistes, which offer brilliant skiing for all levels of confidence and ability. But of course, you can’t spend all day on the mountain, and Hirafu offers plenty to do during your time away from the slopes.
