Bedrooms: The ground floor has 4 bedrooms. This includes two double rooms with king beds and ensuite showers and two rooms with twin beds. However, the twin beds can be combined to make them into doubles if you want. All four bedrooms on this level come with their own bathrooms. The second floor has one double bedroom with an ensuite shower.

On the first floor also you will find one bedroom with a king bed. This is the master suite in the house. It has a fireplace and a Turkish bath. One of the ground-floor double bedded rooms also has a living area and an additional sofa bed, which can sleep one more guest.

Outdoors: This rental property is perched at the edge of a cliff and offers fabulous views of the sea. The 5000 square meter includes a citrus grove and wide manicured lawns. Pathways crisscross the garden and lawn, so you can easily explore the huge estate on foot. On the edge, you will find a saltwater infinity pool, which remains open from early January until the end of October. You will find many loungers and a shaded cabana on the poolside. You will also find a private plunge pool with a hydro-massage corner.

There is a sunny terrace with a seating area for you to enjoy the views and the sunny weather of Sicily. There is a terrace on the upper floor as well that juts out towards the hills and the surrounding forested land. You will also find a third terrace with an outdoor dining table.

Indoors: The house has been recently restored and is in top condition now. Set across three floors, its cozy rooms have been carefully designed to ensure that you have a comfortable stay here. The living room is the perfect blend of modern and antique. It features deep-cushioned sofas, a large library, and a fireplace. Large photos and designer lamps decorate the space. The kitchen has many appliances and a breakfast table. There is an indoor dining table too in another room.

Staff Quarters: There are two televisions, six safes (with 6 bedrooms), a washing machine, two fireplaces, an iron, and many high chairs in Tenuta della Contea. Each bedroom has a minibar. Outside, you will find a private pool, a plunge pool, and a barbecue, which you can use during your stay. For your safety, this rental property has a carbon monoxide detector and a smoke detector. Feel free to use the kitchen for cooking or hire a professional chef.
