• Bedroom 1: Situated on the ground floor of the villa, this exquisitely designed room provides the ideal retreat and relaxation. The room features a king-size bed, an additional sofa bed for, AC, TV, Wi-Fi, a wardrobe, a cooler, heater, and a convenient workstation. It also has an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Located on the ground floor of Unit 2, this spacious room, featuring forest views, serves as an excellent haven for relaxation and tranquility. The room features a king-size bed, an additional sofa bed for, AC, TV, Wi-Fi, a wardrobe, a cooler, heater, and a convenient workstation. It also has an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Located on the ground floor of Unit 2, this spacious room, featuring forest views, serves as an excellent haven for relaxation and tranquility. The room features a king-size bed, an additional sofa bed for, AC, TV, Wi-Fi, a wardrobe, a cooler, heater, and a convenient workstation. It also has an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:

• There are 3 attached bathrooms and 3 common bathrooms. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

Living Area:

• Located on the ground floor of Unit 1, this space is elegantly adorned with vibrant colors, luxurious furnishings, and a welcoming, homely atmosphere. It provides a sofa-style seating area that can accommodate 10-12 people, along with an attached dining area where guests can gather for meals. This space is also equipped with a TV, AC, Wi-Fi, wired music system, a heater, a workstation, and a CCTV camera to ensure security during your stay.

Dining Area:

• Guests can also choose to dine al fresco on the gazebo located on the first floor of Unit 2, providing an outdoor dining experience with scenic views. This space can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people, providing ample seating for a pleasant and sociable dining experience.

Lawns/Outdoors:

• The property features an entertainment zone where guests can enjoy a fun and lively time with their friends and family. Within, you’ll find a projector setup for movie screenings, a music setup, and comfortable table seating for lounging and relaxation. In addition to these features, there is also a well-equipped bar setup and a pool table, providing various entertainment options for guests to enjoy.

Meals:

• All rates are on a per person, per day basis.Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum of 48 hrs notice prior to your check-in date.Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen.
