Bedrooms: The apartment offers 4 bedrooms for 8 guests. With so many sleeping areas, it can also be a good choice for hosting a small event – like an intimate location wedding with the closest family members and friends, a birthday celebration, or a special anniversary party.

You can select from double or twin-bedded rooms. Two bedrooms have king beds and the other two both have twins, which can be joined if required to form large king beds. The master suite has an ensuite bathroom and a balcony that overlooks the marina. The second double bedroom and the two twin rooms are all on the backside of the apartment. Guests staying there share two bathrooms.

Outdoors: The apartment has a generously-sized balcony that overlooks the sea and marina. It has an outdoor dining table for your breakfast and alfresco meals. You can easily spend a long time here enjoying the views. Sit here to soak up the warm Mediterranean sun. Wake up early in the morning and you will be rewarded with a stunning sunrise view. Outside the house, you will find a grassy lawn, which leads to the beachside promenade. It’s a quiet area, though the marina is really close.

Indoors: The apartment is on one level and allows you to enjoy a space of 176m² surrounded by the sea and a magnificent promenade. There are plenty of charming spaces to enjoy your morning drink, have an aperitif with family or friends, and just relax. The interior has an open-concept design with the lounging area in one corner and the dining section in the other. All of this faces the wide balcony.

Watch a film or series with your family on the television. Close to the sofa, you will find the dining table that seats the entire group. The kitchen has a hob, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and other appliances.

Staff Quarters: Your every holiday need will be met in this rental apartment. The rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort and there is a strong Wi-Fi internet too so that you can stay connected with the world. In the kitchen, you will find pots, pans, tableware, and glassware, apart from the appliances. For your families, there is even a baby cot and a baby high chair. The cost of air-conditioning and cleaning are both included with your stay.

Location: This apartment has a super location in Port de Pollença. It is opposite to the busy marina. The long seaside promenade runs along the front of the house. There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby like the Lemon Lounge Bar, Restaurante Brisas, Cèntric, and the Gran Café 1919.
