• Bedroom 1: This is an air-conditioned room on the ground floor. The room offers a double bed, Wi-Fi access, an oil heater, and an attached balcony with a mountain view. It has an attached bathroom equipped with a geyser, towels, and basic toiletries.
• Bedroom 2: There are 2 living rooms – both on the ground floor. Both living rooms offer comfortable seating space for up to 10 guests. Both living rooms offer an AC, heate, TV and WiFi access.
• Bedroom 3: There is a separate dining room on the ground floor. It offers comfortable seating for up to 8 people.

Bathrooms:

• There are 4 bathrooms in the villa – 3 attached and 1 powder room on the ground floor. All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.”}]

• There is a 600 sq. ft lawn with seating space for up to 12 people. The lawn area is adorned with flowers, trees and small plants, overlooking a picturesque mountain view. Yoga sessions can be conducted in the lawn at an additional charge.

• Breakfast is complimentary. All rates are on a per person, per day basis. Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum 72hrs notice prior to your check-in date. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. The meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen. Kitchen access to guests are not allowed
