Bedrooms: This villa provides a total of six bedrooms, five of which feature a suite-style layout. Four of the bedrooms are located inside the main building while two are detached.

The bedrooms boast a total of two king-sized beds, a queen-sized bed, and twin beds to accommodate all 16 guests. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and offer their en-suite bathrooms with resort-style amenities, perfect for unwinding at the end of the day.

The four-poster beds and antique furniture add a delightfully rustic and colonial feel to the rooms, providing you with the ideal cocoon of serenity and tranquility so you can enjoy a good night’s rest before waking up to yet another great day in Sri Lanka.

Outdoors: A generously-sized green garden surrounds the villa, complete with tall, gently swaying palm trees to provide ample shade for when you want a break from the sun.

The garden’s crowning jewel is no doubt the oversized swimming pool which beckons as it glistens alluringly under the tropical sun. Perfect for working on your laps or simply enjoying a refreshing dip after a day of adventures, the swimming pool is surrounded by lounge chairs so you can dry off under the sun.

The villa’s outdoors sanctuary also includes a furnished terrace from where you can take in gorgeous views of the forested hills and paddy fields. A thatched-roof pergola adds extra space for relaxing while breathing in the sweet-scented tropical air. You’ll also find hammocks a.nd swings, perfect for enjoying a nap.

Indoors: Classic home comforts await inside the villa, complete with a well-equipped kitchen where you can rustle up a meal to enjoy, family-style, around the dining table. A living room adds extra space for spending time with your loved ones, play Xbox, or simply lounge in front of the television. The whole place is decked in collectibles and antiques to enhance the classy feel that permeates the place.

Staff Quarters: Air-conditioned for your comfort, Rice House offers free Wi-Fi so you can stay connected to friends and family. The fully-staffed villa also includes gardeners, a team of housekeepers, and a villa manager. For an extra fee, it’s possible to book added services like a private chef, babysitter, or massage therapist.
