The house itself is divided over three floors: on the ground floor there are two large bedrooms; on the first floor there is another bedroom off the living/kitchen area and a further bedroom suite in the loft; all four bedrooms also have air conditioning and can accommodate up to eight guests. Bedrooms: The four bedrooms villa has large windows to bring in plenty of natural light. The villa has four bedrooms; all are large and comfortable with individual air conditioning units. On the lower floor are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and one double bedroom on the ground floor with access to two bathrooms. From the living area, a wooden staircase leads to the loft, which houses a further double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with a sitting area. The stylish and modern interiors are decorated in a contemporary style and feature comfortable furniture throughout the villa.

Outdoors: Outside, the property is set in a tranquil location with beautiful views across the countryside. The gardens are immaculate and well-tended, with an abundance of plants and flowers to sow colour into your holiday memories. There is a large terrace with ample seating for al fresco dining or simply relaxing quietly together during your stay. You will be able to watch the sun setting over distant hills as you enjoy a glass of chilled wine from one of the villa’s outdoor areas.

The pool is heated and includes a Jacuzzi spa at one end for those who wish to relax after their daily activities. A stone driveway leads through to lush lawns down towards it from a paved area where you can sit around an outdoor kitchenette complete with sink, icetray and grill (all included).

Indoors: The villa’s interior is beautifully decorated with a mix of traditional and modern furnishings. You will find comfortable sofas, chairs and armchairs in the living area which has its own TV with a selection of international channels. There is a large dining table in the indoor/outdoor terrace that can seat up to eight people each – perfect if you want to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy an evening meal together. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you will need to cook up a storm including a fridge, microwave, stove and oven.

There are two bathrooms – one with a whirlpool tub – both of which have been stylishly finished in stone tiling with chrome fittings throughout.

Staff Quarters: Our staff is here to help with your stay. They can assist in booking tours and day trips around Sicily, as well as organising airport transfers and excursions. All beds are made up with quality linens which can be changed weekly. Your kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are cleaned mid-week by our housekeeping team who will also ensure that the property is tidy at all times during your stay. The private parking space at this accommodation can accommodate up to 2 cars. Baby cots can also be arranged on request – please contact prior booking if needed. A welcome drink has been provided for each guest for the perfect start to your luxurious stay.
