Standing on 130 square meters of land, Penthouse Fritillaire 243 is a four-bedroomed rental apartment that can accommodate eight guests. it’s located on the uppermost level (fourth) of the Fritillaire residence. The brand-new property allows guests to have a breathtaking view of the mountain from the comfort of the balcony. A firewood fireplace and a private garage are some of the amenities that this holiday home features.

Bedrooms: Choose one of your preferred sleeping rooms to rest over the night from the four that this rental home offers. Three of them have comfortable double beds, while the fourth has a bunk bed ideal for kids. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walking shower and a double sink. It also has a separate toilet. The second bedroom also features an adjacent bathroom with a shower and sink. The remaining two bedrooms share a common bathroom that has a bath and a sink. The rental also has a separate toilet for guests. All bathrooms have toiletries and towels.

Outdoors: Feels like not moving around? No worries, you can just gather on this penthouse’s balcony with your cup of coffee and enjoy looking at the beautiful mountains coved with snow. The balcony has some quality outdoor furniture to ensure you remain comfortable as you enjoy the fresh air. The slopes are just a stone’s throw away from the residence so you only need to grab your tools from the ski locker and join the rest in a few minutes. The rental has a private parking lot.

Indoors: This penthouse has a welcoming and warm living area. It features a comfortable sofa and a center fireplace to keep you and your entire group warm after spending cold moments on the slopes. Next to the lounge is a dining space for all to enjoy your home-cooked dinner. The kitchen still under the same roof has a microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, and kettle. You’ll also be able to fix a quick coffee with the NESPRESSO coffee maker found in the kitchen.

Staff Quarters: Upon arrival at this apartment, you’ll be warmly received by our hospitable staff as they show you around. They offer mid-stay and end-of-the-stay apartment cleaning. There are bed linen, towels, slippers, and toiletries. Guests will use the available washing machine to clean their clothes. A towel dryer, iron, and ironing board are also provided.

Location: Courchevel 1650 has the largest ski area and the longest ski season. That being said, several guests in this area participate in skiing games as their major daily activity. Non-skiers can have fun Paragliding, Mushing Dog Sledding, or even ice driving among other enjoyable winter games. The location also has several nightclubs where tourists can pop in to enjoy their evening after a long day on the slopes.
