Bedrooms: There are four themed suites in this contemporary villa, each one representing a different city or nation; African Suite, Los Angeles Suite, Moroccan Suite, and The Master Suite.

King-size beds, entertainment system, and soundproofing are available in each suite for your complete relaxation. Many of these rooms have views of gardens, swimming pools, mountains, famous structures, or rivers. All rooms are exclusively designed, equipped with the finest amenities, and built to create lasting memories at Palm Villa.

Outdoors: The design and construction of Palm Villa took more than 5 years, and it is designed to provide guests seeking a private, intimate, and relaxing getaway with a luxury 5-star resort-style experience.

This contemporary Los Angeles-style villa is accented with imported stone and glass furnishings to create a more opulent, peaceful, and welcoming atmosphere.

There is a year-round semi-outdoor swimming pool as well as a playground for the little ones at the villa. Following a day of hiking or fishing, visitors can unwind in the garden or the communal lounge.

Indoors: The designer villa is generous when it comes to providing finest amenities and luxurious feel to its lucky residents. Upon entering the villa, you will be greeted by a semi-outdoor swimming pool which will lead you to the villa’s wine spa & sauna. An excellent gym, English pub, a theater room with 4 single seats in the front and large “beds” in the back row. The theater can accommodate 10 people and featuring 7 top-notch monitor speakers offer an immersive listening experience, and a 4K projector ensures the sharpest image possible with the speaker setup.

The living spaces of Palm Villa features an open-plan concept and are another impressive point of the villa. The lounge is furnished with cozy, plush couches, adjoined by a dining area, a modern kitchen, a patio with pool views, and a rooftop bar.

Staff Quarters: Palm Villa proudly provides guests of the villa with 24-hour front desk staff who is multilingual and speaks English, Hindi, Tamil, and Thai. Pets are also allowed in the property.

The babysitting services, room services order, private golf course, and high-speed internet access are also available to you in the villa. On demand transportation to and from the Chiang Mai International Airport can be arranged for your arrival/departure. Fishing in the specially prepared pond is a fascinating activity that is available to guests of the villa.
