Bedrooms: Villa Palm House is spread out over different pavilions. The two bedrooms are in different bungalows, both showcasing island designs with palm tree wallpaper behind the beds. Both the bedrooms are similar in design, so it doesn’t matter who stays where. They have large king beds, wardrobes with plenty of hanging and storage space, seating areas, programmable safes, an iron, and an ironing board.

Both the bedrooms are ensuite and air-conditioned. They are perfect for two couples holidaying together or a family with two children. The bathrooms have showers.

Outdoors: Outside, you will be greeted by a lush tropic landscape. Between the villa and the sea, and also within the estate itself, you will find many old latanier palm trees that make it one of the greenest corners of the island. You will be cocooned within nature when you stay in this beautiful property. During the recent renovation, the landscape design was influenced by a strong desire to preserve these trees.

There is a courtyard at the center between the pavilions. It has a small plunge pool where you can take a refreshing dip when the sun is high. Sun beds and chairs are placed all around the pool. In another corner, you will find a wooden deck where you can enjoy alfresco dining. Stroll out to enjoy sunrise or sunset, and get unprecedented views of the ocean.

Indoors: Palm House has the classic Caribbean set-up but everything has been planned in such a way that the guest’s comfort always remains the top priority. The furnishings are modern. Natural colors and materials predominate. The linens and towels are from Missoni. But the villa doesn’t go overboard, trying to match the facilities in a star-quality hotel. What you will find instead is an intimate setting where you live in luxury but in harmony with nature.

The living area, in its own pavilion, is inviting. It has warm wood ceilings and walls and large windows and glass doors that allow the sea breeze to flood through the room while providing gorgeous views. This room too has palm tree wallpaper, which makes it blend easily with nature all around. The kitchen has many modern appliances for your cooking needs.

Staff Quarters: Everything will be taken care of by a housekeeper, who will come to your luxury villa six days a week, so there is no need to lift a finger. You can cook yourself in the kitchen, hire the services of a professional chef, or walk to nearby restaurants. The rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort. There is a gas BBQ in the house. You can approach our concierge team for a range of on-demand services, like a guided boat tour, for example.

Location: Villa Palm House is in Anse des Lézards, which is in northwest Saint Barthélemy Island. It is close to the airport and the capital Gustavia. This is the last developed stretch on this side of the island. After this, you will find a wilderness area with forests and wide-open spaces. The beautiful Anse des Cayes beach is on the other side. Most of the places to eat and drink are located here.
