Na Pilena Cala Ratjada has three bedrooms that can sleep a small group of friends, three couples, or an extended family. It is spacious and airy. There is a large sea-facing balcony and a terrace, which means you don’t even have to descend the stairs and go to the beach if you don’t want to. You will still have the same views. You will surely love to stay in this unique property.

Bedrooms: Na Pilena Cala Ratjada sleeps up to six guests in its well-appointed three bedrooms. A baby cot/crib is also available without any extra charge, so you don’t have to travel with it from home. The bedrooms all have twin beds but they can be joined to make a large king bed if required. The owners have deliberately kept the décor minimalist believing that it provides a more peaceful ambiance. They are all on the ground floor, which is great for guests with mobility issues, and also because you will be closer to the sea.

The house has two bathrooms, both with showers. Hairdryers and towels are provided.

Outdoors: This beautiful luxury property is located in front of Cala Pedruscada in Cala Rajada. The outdoor naturally is a highlight because of its seafront location. What will fascinate you are both the terrace and the sea-facing balcony that occupies a prime spot.

The balcony occupies two sides of the building’s front and features both a lounging and dining area. You will find deep-cushioned sofas and a small table here for four guests. A few steps lead down to the beach through the villa’s small garden. Reach the terrace and you will be greeted with an even better view. The terrace too has a small dining area, so you can have your drinks while enjoying the gorgeous views. Or, if you want, you can relax on a sunbed and read a book.

Indoors: Elegant design runs throughout the house. The large open-plan living and dining room face the sea. You can reach the balcony from two floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors, which means, you will still enjoy the same views even when you are indoors. This area of the house also has the same minimalist décor and whitewashed walls, allowing you to relax and unwind more easily. The formal dining table is placed in the kitchen, so you can spend time together while the food is being cooked.

Staff Quarters: Na Pilena Cala Ratjada is a fully-functional, self-service villa for rent. Feel free to use the kitchen where you will find many modern appliances. Use the villa’s internet, central heating, iron, towels, hairdryer, parking space, and everything else. The cost of heating, electricity and tourist tax are all included with your stay here.

Location: The mountaintop town of Capdepera is rich in history. Within the walled city, which is just outside the villa, you can see the Castle of Capdepera, the 19th-century Ca’n Piricus and Ca’n Piricus manor houses that have now been converted into a municipal library and exhibition hall respectively, and the Artá Caves. See the scenic main square and the weekly market. Most of the restaurants and stores are located at Ciutat Street and Plaza de Orient.
