The villa is spread over a huge private land where you will have complete privacy. You will see many tall trees, exotic tropical plants, and a fabulous lawn that extends all the way to the beach. It seems like a tropical haven. You will get sparkling views of the sea right in front. There is a private swimming pool. Each corner has been fabulously decorated, whether it is the house or the outside area. The villa manager and staff members will take care of your every need.

Bedrooms: Elegantly furnished, the 4 bedrooms all feature king beds, built-in wardrobes, LCD TV with Netflix, personal safes, mini-bars, and large mirrors. The first bedroom opens on two sides to the garden through floor-to-ceiling glass doors. The second opens to the pool terrace. The third has a lovely four-poster bed and a big-sized seating area. The fourth looks much like the first bedroom. This too opens to the garden.

The décor is sophisticated. The color theme is white but splashes of blue will remind you of the sea outside. A high thatched ceiling allows natural light and the sea breeze to flow through smoothly. All of them have air conditioning and are ensuite. The master suite and a second have outdoor rain showers as well.

Outdoors: his rental property has three pavilions, set around a magnificent 21-meter lap pool, which is tiled with Balinese green stones. A shaded gazebo with sofas divides the pool into two sections – a shallow area for the kids and a deeper section where the adults can swim. You will find plenty of loungers everywhere, so all 8 guests can lie back and see the views.

And along the terrace, there is a large shaded verandah with separate lounging and dining areas. Beyond the pool and veranda lounges, you will find a flat grassy lawn, which too is furnished with loungers and parasols. This is the home of many coconut palms. This grassy area extends all the way to the beach. Throughout the garden, you will see many lounging areas, both under shade and in the sun.

Indoors: The spacious open-plan living area has comfortable white sofas and a long dining table that seats eight. It is decorated with many objects of art and painting and blends very nicely with the surrounding nature. A wide glass door leads to the verandah. The fully equipped kitchen is defined by a long floating island, which has a built-in wine cooler and subtle black hobs. Beyond the kitchen is a covered Thai-style kitchen with a BBQ.

Staff Quarters: Mia Ocean Villa is the only property in Koh Samui that has a Clubhouse where you will find a fitness center, a home cinema, a steam and massage room, and a Kid’s Club. Only the guests staying in this villa can access these facilities. There is also a Front Desk that can book activities for you and make other arrangements. This family property has an English-speaking villa manageress, a Thai chef, a villa handyman, and a housemaid.

Location: You will stay in a quiet corner of Chaweng Beach, on its northern side. This is the biggest and also the best beach on the island. There are many activities nearby. Cabaret Paris Follies is an entertaining ladyboy cabaret show with dance and songs. At Samui Football Golf, there is an 18-hole golf course where you can play football. Chaweng has a stadium where Muay Thai boxing shows are held.
