Bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: This cosy bedroom on the ground floor is adorned with wooden furnishings and modern amenities for the utmost comfort. It is equipped with a heater, Wi-Fi, a wardrobe and an electric kettle for the guests’ convenience. This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries.
• Bedroom 2: This cosy bedroom on the first floor is adorned with wooden furnishings and modern amenities for the utmost comfort. It is equipped with a heater, Wi-Fi, a wardrobe and an upper-level sleeping space to accommodate kids. This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries.
• Bedroom 3: There are 2 attached bathrooms. All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

Bathrooms:

• The living room on the ground floor is furnished with traditional Kashmiri interiors and decor with a warm aura. There is a sofa with a comfortable seating heater, a TV, and a music system for entertainment. There is an al fresco dining space, a part of the living room that elevates the charm of this area

Living Area:

• A snug sun room is situated on the first floor perfect to indulge in a book or a meditation session.There is a patio in front of the house with seating arrangements made from stone.

Dining Area:

• The lawn is present in front of the villa for outdoor activities and friendly matches. A deck is present on the lawn that overlooks the flowing river.

• A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost for a session of 45 minutes. Guests have access to the kitchen to cook their own meals at an additional cost. Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
