• Bedroom 1: This is a separate cottage bedroom on the ground floor. Includes Wi-Fi, a single bed, AC, and a wardrobe. Ensuite Bathroom, Attached Balcony.
• Bedroom 2: There is 1 attached bathroom. The bathroom has a geyser, a hairdryer, towels, and basic toiletries.
• Bedroom 3: There is a private pool overlooking the rippling waters of the Pawna lake. The pool is 10×12 ft. with a depth of 4 ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM.

• All rates are on a per person, per day basis. Barbecue can also be arranged at an additional cost. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum of 48 hrs notice prior to your check-in date. Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen.
