Bedrooms: La Plage Villa is built over two levels. The ground floor has a double bedroom, which provides direct access to the garden and sea. It has a large wardrobe, a study table, and a seating area. The first floor has the three remaining bedrooms. One has a large king bed, while the two others both feature single beds, making them a good choice for two teenage kids. The parents can sleep in the first-floor double room, while the grandparents can choose to sleep downstairs. A minimalist décor and whitewashed walls provide a soothing ambiance, which is so relaxing. All 4 bedrooms are ensuite. They have showers, sinks with modern faucets, and mirrors. Towels are provided.

Outdoors: The outdoors is heavenly. It features a large garden and manicured lawn. A pathway leads from the house to the gate, beyond which, you will find the wide, sandy beach. The garden has a cactus corner and many Mediterranean plants and trees. Comfortable chairs and sofas are placed all over, so you can enjoy the green space. A tall wall secures the estate and guarantees your privacy. It is so close to the beach and there are bound to be many people outside, but they can’t still see you. There are several terraces and balconies as well where you can relax and enjoy the views if you don’t want to be at the beach. Beyond the lawn, you will find a shaded corner with outdoor seating and dining areas. La Plage Villa also has an outdoor kitchen.

Indoors: The interior is a place to indulge, relax, and recharge. The ground-floor living room is huge. There is plenty of seating space for the entire family. Floor-to-ceiling glass panels provide views of the garden and lawn. A glass sliding door opens to the green space, so you are always close to greenery and the beach. You will also find a fireplace and television here, so you can make the most of your indoor time. The kitchen and dining area are in the same unit. There are several appliances for your cooking, tableware, and glassware, which you can all use during your stay. The glass-top dining table seats all 7 guests.

Staff Quarters: La Plage is a sublime home. This tranquil seaside property is a haven of style and simplicity. You can use everything you find here – the television, internet, pots and pans in the kitchen, toaster, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, hair dryers, and microwave. There is also an iron. There are smoke detectors and fire extinguishers for your safety. The house will be cleaned during your stay. Towels and bed linen will also be changed. So, you are never going to be on your own here.

You can visit Syracuse, just a few kilometers away. Val di Noto is a wonderful baroque town with a long history. You can also go on day trips to Vendicari, Pantalica, and Cassibile.
