Bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: This is a well-furnished room on the ground floor of the property. It offers amenities such as a queen-sized bed, AC, and Wi-Fi access. The room is also equipped with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: This is a well-furnished room on the ground floor of the property. It offers amenities such as a double bed, AC, and Wi-Fi access. The room is also equipped with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: This is a well-furnished, glass room on the ground floor of the property which has a separate entrance. It offers amenities such as a queen-sized bed, AC, Wi-Fi access, and an ensuite bathroom. Curtains are provided in the glass room to assure privacy and shade.

• The living area seats 6 people comfortably. The dining area seats 6 people.”}]

Living Area:

• There are 3 bathrooms in the villa – all attached. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

Dining Area:

• Guests have free access to the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles, and reheating food. However, for elaborate meal preparations, an additional charge of Rs.1500 per day will be levied. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, microwave, and water purifier. Crockery and cutlery are available for 30 people.

• Guests have free access to the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles, and reheating food.
