Bedrooms: La Casa di Campagna is home to four bedrooms, two located downstairs near the living area and two upstairs on the first floor, accessed by a staircase. The downstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned, furnished with double beds, armchairs, and also provide easy access to the patio. You can work on your private working desks since the bedrooms have wifi. Each bedroom has a modern ensuite. The two upstairs bedrooms are also furnished similarly with double beds, working desks, and internet. There is one bathroom with modern amenities. You also have a kitchenette with a coffee machine, oven, refrigerator, etc. and a dining room upstairs that leads to the terrace.

Outdoors: From the swimming pool at La Casa di Campagna, you can enjoy splendid views over the hillside. The pool is equipped with three hydromassage stations. You will find a children’s playground outdoors with a sandbox and swings, there is a lush and verdant garden with outdoor furniture, a trampoline, ping pong table, foosball table, and even a library with many titles in multiple languages. You can lounge on the sun chairs placed by the pool and sunbathe. Or, you can play with the little ones in the playground, enjoy a round of ping pong or relax with a good book.

Indoors: The living room, located on the ground floor of La Casa di Campagna, is attached to the patio which is furnished with an al fresco dinner table, a rocking chair, and sofas. The living room itself is well-furnished with comfortable sofas, armchairs, a coffee table, etc. The room is bright and airy. The sofa bed can accommodate additional guests as well. There is a satellite TV for your enjoyment or you can read from the villa collection.

There is a modern and fully-equipped kitchen in the villa which has everything you need to prepare delicious food. From coffee machines to a dishwasher, and everything in between, the kitchen is decked out and ready for use. An indoor dining area serves as your go-to dining place for family meals and cherished moments over great food, conversations, and maybe, some wine!

Location: The location is idyllic with spectacular views of the hills and only 2 km away from the town of Carassai. You can reach Ascoli Piceno and the Sibillini mountains in less than an hour. Some of the ancient and rustic towns you can visit nearby are Fermo, Monterubbiano, and Ripatransone.
