Bedrooms: This massive property offers ample accommodation with 7 luxuriously designed ensuite bedrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests, along with an additional 7 little ones. Warm and cosy, all bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning, good quality mattresses, silky linens and super soft pillows, ensuring comfort and encouraging a good night’s sleep.

Four of these bedrooms have super palatial king-sized beds, while the other three have comfortable twin beds. An enormous wardrobe and sizable dressing area provide enough space for storage. It also features huge floor-to-ceiling glass doors where you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings, even when relaxing in bed, in addition, rooms on the ground level can easily access the lovely outdoor areas.

The ensuite bathrooms are equally spacious, each with a nice bathtub, refreshing rain shower, high quality fixtures, premium toiletriies and vanities to boot. One of the bathroom features a jacuzzi while another, an partially open ceiling.

Outdoors: This opulent rental retreat is sprawled across a 677 square metres of tropical grounds, and covered in thick vegetation. It features a lush lawn and an lovingly tendered garden, ideal for relaxing with loved ones and friends. Kids will delight at the small play area and sandy patch on one side of the garden while the adults unwind on the comfy lounge chairs, taking in a little sunshine.

40 square metre private swimming pool. The tempting water appears to be shining, calling out to both adults and children alike to jump in for a refreshing swim, and a variety of pool toys that children can play with.

Indoors: The inside is fantastic. The dining, bar and media room are contained within the home’s entertainment pavilion, apt as entertainment zone. The beautifully decorated media room with its huge comfortable L-shaped sofa, large wall-mounted screen and great sound system allows you to enjoy your favourite movies in sheer privacy. A 10-seater dining table in the dining space allows an intimate dining experience while the fully equipped kitchen (with appliances such as fridge, coffee machine, island table) offers lots of space to prepare meals and snacks. Within the kitchen is yet another smaller island table for 4, perfect for quick meals. Large floor to ceiling glass doors not only provide the inflow of natural air and ventilation to the indoor spaces but also provides access onto the vast outdoor areas. Head upstairs to enjoy the sights as there is a small seating area on the balcony with super comfy sofas.

Hardworking housekeepers keeps the spaces sparkling clean. The well-trained security team ensures the place is safe and secure. In addition, it is also close by to Seminyak’s lovely beaches , with the well-known Seminyak Beach being not too far away. Surrounding the villa are also several eateries and bars , such as Happy Chappy, Revolver Espresso, Sisterfields, Shanghai Baby and Kasava Resto & Bar , you’ll certainly be spoilt for choice when it comes to food.
