I Colmi Trulli Suites is a chic beach house style trulli located in Itria Valley’s countryside and is the perfect option for your memorable and relaxing holiday in Puglia with your family. The trulli is furnished and outfitted with excellent amenities you need throughout your stay such as a private outdoor garden jacuzzi, air conditioning, a barbecue grill, a washing machine, and internet access.

Bedrooms: The suite villa features 2 lovely bedrooms and 1 sofa bed for additional guests. The main room is a double bedroom, ensuite shower room, and is decorated in chic rattan and wooden furniture. The second bedroom of the house is located next to the main room as well as the main dining room, it’s a spacious double bedroom with a work desk and a chair.

All the rooms are bright and airy, equipped with large windows, open-storage, a tv, and are air-conditioned.

Outdoors: Located in a quiet neighborhood, I Colmi Trulli Suites offers you privacy and ease of mind as the house is gated and fenced. As you enter the driveway, you will be met with an outdoor jacuzzi, a large garden, and its well-maintained flowerbeds. Further inside, a covered parking area that can fit up to three small cars is available, as well as a fruit tree orchard, and a porch with a dining area. A barbecue grill is located on the porch, allowing you to enjoy a delicious meal outside with your family and friends.

Indoors: The trulli is characterized by broken white walls, modern and colorful Mediterranean furniture, and contemporary artworks. The main living room also serves as the indoor main dining and kitchen area where you can prepare and serve your family’s favorite recipes. The indoor living space is immediately connected to the outdoor dining room that can seat up to 6 people. Two lazy beds are available on the porch for extra guests coming in to visit you at the villa.

Staff Quarters: I Colmi Trulli Suites covers all the basic modern amenities for your convenience such as internet access, jacuzzi, and a covered parking for three cars. It also has bicycles, an iron and ironing board, a television in all bedrooms, mosquito nets, a microwave oven, and a heating system. A baby cot is available upon request. However, pets are not permitted in the property.

Location: I Colmi Trulli Suites is located in the Itria Valley countryside, south of Martina Franca. The city center is just a short-drive of 2 kilometers away, where you can explore its beautiful old town center and shop for your daily groceries. When you’re craving for a beach fix, you may visit the Castellaneta Marina and Marina di Ginosa, all accessible from the villa within an hour drive.

The property is also close to other interesting towns such as Locorotondo, a beautiful ancient town in less than 20 minutes from the villa. Alberobello, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you can explore a small town filled with unique and typical ancient houses in Itria Valley, can also be accessed easily from the villa, in less than 30 minutes drive away.
