Situated on the slopes of Happo Village, one of the area’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, it offers proximity to the slopes and easy access to nearby thermal hot springs, delightful restaurants, and attractions Hakuba offers. In addition, the main gondola, Happo One is just 100-metre stroll, while the Evergreen International Ski School is also within distance.

Bedrooms: Step into the inviting, lavishly furnished bedroom, with a well-appointed sleeping arrangement, including 1 comfortable split king bed and 1 bunk bed, allowing a restful night’s sleep. A super large wardrobe makes storage a breeze. The room has a thoughtful layout to maximise space and create a cosy atmosphere. There is only one bathroom which features high-end fixtures, premier toiletries, relaxing shower and vanities.

Outdoors: A shared ski storage and drying room on the 1st floor of the complex ensures that your skiing gear is securely stored.

Indoors: The open layout indoor areas provide ample spaces for relaxing. The living space is cosy with super plush sofas and a large TV with a Bluetooth speaker, enhancing the experience, and making it the perfect spot for rejuvenation and entertainment. Huge windows surrounding the home allow for natural light and enjoyment of the beautiful scenery outside. Adjacent to the space is the lovely dining area with its 4-seater dining table, ideal for intimate dining. An island table separates the dining and well-equipped modern kitchen, filled with appliances such as refrigerator, stove, built-in oven, and dishwasher, among others, allowing easy preparation of delicious home-cooked meals. During colder months, the hydronic underfloor heating keeps the space warm.

Staff Quarters: A dedicated, professional and friendly team is ready to deliver an extensive array of services on and off the slopes. This encompasses handling reservations for ski passes, ski and snowboard rentals, lessons, mountain guiding, orientation, snowshoeing tours, backcountry excursions, babysitting, wine delivery, in-unit massages, day tours, recommending onsens, and securing restaurant reservations. Do note that there may be additional costs.
