Finca Tawny is located close to the mountains of the Tramuntana in central Mallorca. This 3-bedroom rental property is nestled within a massive 48,000 square meter plot where you will find vast open land, agricultural fields, orchards, and many shady trees. This country estate has been remodeled and modernized but the owners have retained its traditional architecture and design elements. This wonderful home will offer you complete peace and solitude. Bedrooms: The house has three bedrooms that can sleep up to five guests. Bedroom #1 has an antique king bed with deep cushions for extra comfort. The large wardrobe offers plenty of storage and hanging space. Bedroom #2 has twin beds with a bedside table between them. If you want, you can combine these beds too because the table is movable. The carpet provides a soft cushion. Bedroom #3 with a single bed could be perfect for a child if you are holidaying with your family.

The two bathrooms both have showers. Hairdryers and towels are provided.

Outdoors: This luxury villa is located in one of the greenest areas of Mallorca where you will find pristine nature. It is at the center of a massive 48,000 square meter plot, so you are likely to spend most of the daytime outside, either hiking through the countryside, walking through the orchard, visiting the Tramuntana Mountains, swimming in the cool water of the private pool, or relaxing on a poolside lounger.

Why not plan an outdoor picnic on the small lawn? You can use the barbecue, which is conveniently placed here. The 250-square-meter terrace provides ample space for everyone – it never feels crowded. See the old well at the center of the terrace, which will remind you that Finca Tawny once used to be a working ranch. There is also a terrace with a dining area where you can have your breakfast or alfresco dinner under the starry night. You will get sweeping views of the countryside from here.

Indoors: The villa has a traditional stone façade and looks like a barn, which is why it may surprise you when you actually go inside. From the inside, the house feels just like home. The living room is very cozy and inviting. You can watch television here in the evening or socialize with your family. One door from here leads to a balcony while a second to the formal dining room. The kitchen has many appliances like a microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, and a refrigerator.

Staff Quarters: To ensure a comfortable stay, the villa owner has provided everything. You can use the satellite television, barbecue, fireplace, internet, iron, hairdryer, appliances, and utensils you will find in the kitchen. There is parking space for two vehicles. You can ask for a baby high chair and a baby cot/crib.The cost of electricity is €0.25 /Kw.

Location: Finca Sa Vinyota is 2 kilometers from the town center of Llubí. This is an agricultural area known for its almonds, carobs, capers, and honey. There are more than thirty archaeological sites nearby and also the remains of a Talayotic village. This area is a favorite with nature lovers, cyclists, and hikers. You can reach the Can Picafort sandy beach in less than 15 minutes.
