Bedrooms: Its 2 lovingly designed bedrooms can sleep up to 4 people. One of the bedrooms has two cosy single beds, whereas the other has a super plush double bed. Both bedrooms are well furnished and decorated, with lots of natural lighting, thanks to the big windows. The comfy mattresses and pillows with beautiful bed linen is truly a heavenly sight for a peaceful night’s rest. As for the bathroom, there is a bathtub, toiletries and other modern fittings.

Outdoors: The outside is extremely vast, with ample spots for relaxing and enjoying various activities. Its spacious well-landscaped garden is dotted with ample beautifully kept potted plants, meticulously pruned trees and verdant green lawn, great for strolls, picnics and kids to play in. Guests can sunbathe on the comfy sun loungers or take a dip in the fenced crystal clear pool on hot days or after an exhilarating day out. There is also a table tennis table for the adults or older children, bicycles, and a wonderful play area for the younger ones with toys, slide, swings, and sandbox. A covered terrace in front of the house with garden furniture and a small table with chairs, provides a shady spot to enjoy an alfresco meal prepared on the barbecue pit. At night, relax and sip on a glass of champagne or wine while gazing at the beautiful starlit sky and the surrounding areas.

Indoors: The inside of the home is very generous (good for parties and entertainment). Its spacious living room is furnished with large plush sofas so comfortable that you would want to hang out here all day and enjoy your favourite movies via the wall-mounted super large satellite TV. On cooler days, the lovely fireplace provides warmth as you enjoy yourself to the maximum. The open kitchen is fully equipped with large refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee machine, utensils, cutleries and kitchen counter, is the perfect place to prepare snacks or to cook up a storm for the whole family.

Staff Quarters: The friendly staff are always ready to provide assistance 24 hours a day, during your stay here. Services included are baby cot, baby high chair, bed linen, towel, final cleaning and covered parking while all other services such as excursions, transfers, childcare can be arranged with additional charges.

Location: There are many places close to the villa to explore. The town center of Santa Margalida, 2km away is where you can find restaurants, shops and numerous other services. The Son Real Nature Reserve (8km) offers plenty of outdoor activities for those into nature. For beach enthusiasts, the beautiful beaches of Can Picafort and Son Serra de Marina are both within 15km of the home. Those with kids might want to take the entire family to Hidropark Alcudia to enjoy some fun in the water park.
