The house has three bedrooms, two with twin beds and one bedroom has a large double bed. Wooden or wrought-iron furniture provides them with unique personalities. All the three bedrooms are air-conditioned for your comfort. Sunlight comes in through the big windows, flooding the rooms. A beamed ceiling provides the traditional Mallorcan touch.

Outdoors: The lovely well cared garden and an inviting private swimming pool make this the perfect villa for families with young children. They can run around on the manicured lawn, play hide and seek within the trees, and splash around in the shallow end of the pool. What to do – what a wonderful dilemma! The entire property is fenced, so you don’t have to worry about where they have gone and what they are doing.

In the meantime, the adults can venture into the deeper areas of the pool for a refreshing swim, relax on a poolside lounger, or enjoy the villa’s barbecue. The garden also has water features like a pond with a fountain.

Indoors: Inside the villa, every room is bright and spacious, with light flooding in through contemporary windows. The rooms are decorated with objects of art, unique ceramics, paintings, and hanging chandeliers. There is plenty of space to spread out and find private moments, while also enjoying friendly, open-plan living areas where you can spend quality time with your family or friends. The living area has a satellite television and a fireplace.

It also boasts a fully-equipped, modern kitchen where you will find a refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and a washing machine.
