There are various areas in the house with comfortable outdoor furniture where you can relax in the sun or shade, as well as an outdoor dining area. Inside, you will find that the owners have focused even on the smallest details. The décor is modern but it feels homely. The rooms are bright, airy, spacious, and packed with many modern luxuries that meet the requirements of even the most discerning travelers.

Bedrooms: Villa Finca Acorn has three bedrooms for five guests. Bedroom #1 has twin beds that can be joined if needed. Bedroom #2 looks much the same. It too has twin beds. Bedroom #3 has a single bed for one guest. They all have whitewashed walls and minimalist furnishings that keep the rooms uncrowded and provide an ambiance that helps you relax. Large windows bring in the Mediterranean breeze and natural light.

There are two bathrooms, both with showers. Towels and hairdryers are provided.

Outdoors: Outdoor living is a great feature of this villa. The 1800 square meter garden has many orange trees, groves, and flowering plants. Wake up early in the morning and go for a walk – you will be greeted by the call of many birds. You will find many shady corners where you can sit back to read a book or just enjoy the natural splendor. The 130 square meter terrace has a large private swimming pool where you can take a refreshing dip. The Jacuzzi is right next to it. The poolside has cushioned soft seating areas where you can relax after a swim. You can enjoy an alfresco meal around the BBQ corner.

Indoors: The villa’s indoors, from its living to the dining spaces, and the kitchen, are chic and comfortable. The living room is bright and spacious. Get cozy in front of the fireplace on a cool evening and watch television with your family or friends. Various objects of art and potted plants decorate this space. You will find the dining area and kitchen next door. All of you can have a meal together in the formal dining area, which sits beside a wide window.

The open-plan kitchen has everything you will need – a refrigerator, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and washing machine. Dishes and cutlery are provided.

Staff Quarters: The owner of Finca Acorn has taken care of even the finest details, focusing on guest convenience and comfort. You will have complete access to the kitchen, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, air-conditioning, barbecue, internet, and everything else. The cost of final cleaning, tourist tax, and heating are all included with your stay. Electricity is also included but with a limit of 6.42 kw/h per person per day.

Location: This rental property is located just a kilometer from the rural town of Muro in eastern Mallorca. The town center has most of the shops and restaurants in the region. You will find many beautiful beaches with crystal clear water nearby. You can also visit the nearby Roman city of Pollentia and Alcudia. Albufera Nature Park is a protected bird sanctuary. It is a very important wetland area in the Balearic Islands.
