• Bedroom 1: On the ground floor, this room is equipped with an airy verandah, wardrobe, AC, stunning views of the greenery around, and Wi-Fi access. There is also an electric kettle with tea, coffee, milk, sugar sachets, mineral water, and cookies. The room is equipped with an ensuite bathroom and a designated workstation.
• Bedroom 2: There is a separate dining area that can comfortably seat up to 15 people at once.
• Bedroom 3: There is 1 attached bathroom and 1 common bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with running hot and cold water, a shower area, bath linen, and toiletries. The common bathroom does not have any shower facilities.

• The exterior of this quaint property boasts an expansive area brimming with natural vegetation that covers about 3 acres. There is ample riverside seating available for up to 10 people. It also includes about 2-3 hammocks. Situated right by the river, enjoy the unending views, watch the sunrise, and engage in some bird-watching activities.
