Chalet Nívia

A luxury chalet conveniently located in Wadano, one of Hakuba’s most picturesque areas, Nívia is designed to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests with added space for two more people. With a stay at this chalet, you’ll be just a short distance from the shuttle bus stop as well as the Sakka ski lifts. Guests of Nívia will also be treated to a host of amenities and services designed to render their stay more comfortable.

Bedrooms: The chalet has a total of three bedrooms, one with its own en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are fitted with double beds while the last room has two bunk beds to accommodate up to four people. In addition to the three bedrooms, the chalet also a Tatami room which basically refers to a classic Japanese-style room. This particular space can comfortably accommodate two more guests, perfect for when you want to have additional friends over. Guests will also have access to two bathrooms in addition to the en-suite bathroom connected to the master bedroom.

Outdoors: One of the highlights of the chalet is the Japanese-style garden courtyard that ties the whole space together, adding a harmonious feel to the place as a whole. This area features quaint ornaments and a beautifully-curated design to create a soothing haven that you can retreat to after an exciting day on the slopes. Outside, the chalet also offers barbecue facilities and an exterior fireplace.

Indoors: The chalet boasts a spacious interior, complete with all the comforts of home to ensure a stress-free stay. As such, you’ll be able to enjoy all the facilities of a well-equipped kitchen with all the utensils, appliances, and crockery sets that you’ll need to prepare and savor your meals. These include a sandwich maker, rice cooker, refrigerator and fridge, microwave and oven, gas cook top, and the likes. Families traveling with children will be glad to learn that the chalet also provides kids-friendly tableware. Inside, the chalet also comes with a dining space and living area where you can gather in front of a flat-screen television after skiing.

Staff Quarters: A plethora of facilities await, complete with outdoor and indoor slippers as well as bathroom and laundry facilities. Guests can also access free Wi-Fi and thoughtful concierge services to help you with your bookings. A courtesy shuttle will be provided in the morning and evening that’ll take you to the supermarket and restaurant.
