Casa Ximena is built over two floors including an outdoor area with a swimming pool and a covered terrace. The bedrooms are divided between the two floors with modern amenities. You can fire up the BBQ, enjoy a good night’s rest in your bedroom, or swim in your private pool at Casa Ximena.

Bedrooms: There are five bedrooms at Casa Ximena, one double bedroom on the ground floor and four on the first floor. The upstairs bedrooms lead to the terrace and each is designed with minimal furniture including double and single beds. The bedrooms are bright and airy thanks to glass doors and windows. You have ensuite bathrooms with each bedroom, some designed with freestanding bathtubs and others with walk-in showers. Modern and contemporary with luxurious amenities, you will find the rooms to be utterly comfortable and homely.

Outdoors: The lovely outdoors is teeming with Mediterranean plants and trees that frame the boundary of Casa Ximena. You are under the vast, blue skies with nothing to disrupt your peace. The swimming pool glistens under the sun while you lounge on the sun chairs on the pool deck. The exterior of Casa Ximena features white columns, shuttered-windows and doors, and a balcony upstairs. It is very elegant and classic, reminiscent of days gone by. The covered terrace features an alfresco dining area where you can relish your breakfast. There is a quaint corner with an outdoor living area as well.

Indoors: As you step through the doors inside Casa Ximena, you will be greeted by the living room which is open-plan. The French patio doors are a bright white leading directly to the terrace. You have a spacious lounge with a number of sofas around a coffee table. There is a DVD player and flat-screen TV with satellite cable. The air-conditioned living room is comfortable and homely, a place where you can put your feet up and relax without a worry. As you walk further indoors, you will find a second lounge / TV room with a fireplace and central cooling.

For dining, you can use the indoor dining table that can comfortably accommodate guests to make sure you have a wonderful, memorable meal with loved ones. The modern kitchen is open and features a breakfast bar. It is fully-equipped with top of the line amenities and appliances where you can prepare anything you’re craving including a hot cup of coffee.

Staff Quarters: From a BBQ area to a cloakroom and so much more, Casa Ximena is fully-equipped and ready to welcome you and your friends and family. The many facilities on offer include central heating, on-street parking, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, etc. For additional services, you can request the management at any time. These, however, may be charged extra.
