Bedrooms: Casa Vercan has 4 bedrooms for 7 guests. Two bedrooms have large king beds, one has twins, and the fourth has a single bed. They are all in a simple minimalist style with only the basic furnishings, which include wardrobes with hangers, dressing mirrors, and reading lamps. They have clean lines and whitewashed walls. You can request extra pillows and blankets. The windows all provide direct views of the green garden and lush surroundings. There are two bathrooms in the house, both with bathtubs. There are washbasins with modern faucets, large mirrors, bidets, hot water, hair dryers, and towels.

Outdoors: Outside the house, the landscape has lush Mediterranean gardens, ample lawns, and various outdoor areas where you can enjoy the sun or shade. The private swimming pool is a favorite with most guests who have stayed in this rental property. It is surrounded by a wooden deck. Beyond this, you will find a green patch under the shade of tall trees. The pool area, deck, and green patch offer stunning panoramic views of greenery around this luxury property.

Loungers are placed on the deck and also in the garden, for you to unwind and enjoy the scenery. A few steps away, you will find a shaded balcony with an outdoor sofa. There is an outdoor dining table as well placed within the garden. You can enjoy a picnic lunch here with your friends or family.

Location: This traditional casa in Ibiza has a countryside location. It is halfway between San Rafael and Santa Gertrudis de Fruitera village. Santa Gertrudis de Fruitera is a sleepy village. Its square is now closed to traffic. The village has an 18th-century church and a bell tower. San Rafael is famous for its nightlife but the town has ancient shrines and 16th-century ramparts too that are worth seeing.
