Villa Casa Sand is a three-bedroom accommodation in the area of Anse Marcel. It is made up of two houses; one being the main house, and the other is a smaller master suite pavilion. They are linked together by a heated swimming pool.

The villa is set up to maximise access to the ocean view. Features like an elevated sun deck, alfresco dining table, and ocean-facing pool area signify this. Whether guests are swimming by the pool, or lounging on the sun chairs, or even having meals on the alfresco dining table, they will always be able to enjoy the gorgeous azure sea view.

The beach of the Anse Marcel Bay is a relatively quiet one, with shallower water, perfect for families with kids. It is also a base for the various water sports such as kayaking, sailing, and snorkelling. With many beach options, guests will never be bored during their stay at Villa Casa Sand.

Bedrooms: Between the two houses, Villa Sand has three bedrooms, with ensuite bathrooms attached to all of them. The coastal theme continues into these rooms, sprinkled with a touch of mid-century modern in the ensuites’ fixtures, such as sinks and cabinets, and the earthy colours on the tiles. Two of the three rooms are situated in the main house, while one is placed in its own pavilion. The entry to that bedroom is right below the roofed deck area. All of the bedrooms are fitted with a ceiling fan and an AC.

Outdoors: The two houses are tied together by a swimming pool between them. With a length of 7 metres and a width of 4 metres, it is heated and its water is chlorine-free.The raised pavilion contains a roofed deck, housing a plush couch. The pool deck is the place of a number of sun chairs. This is the ideal spot to view the azure waters of the Caribbean Sea. The terrace extends past the great room, towards the two bedrooms next to it. The alfresco dining table is positioned to maximise the sea view.

Indoors: In the main house, the kitchen, living, and dining rooms are joined together in a large open area (the Great Room). A set of plush couches, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV (with satellite channels added) make up the living area. A couple of working desks are present in this area, available for use. The white-themed kitchen is compact, but is adequately equipped with a range of appliances, from an oven, a microwave, gas cooktops (with an extractor fan), a french-door refrigerator, a coffee machine, to even an ice machine.

Staff Quarters: The property is fitted with an electric gate, for extra security. The property is fitted with wifi. The villa is equipped with a generator, as a backup energy source during a power outage. Guests will receive a welcome basket upon arrival to Villa Casa Sand. A gardener will take care of the trees, plants, and hedges around the property. Concierge services will be available to assist guests with logistical enquiries. Should anything need repairing at the villa, a maintenance person will be called to fix it. Sheets, towels, and beach towels are included in the rental and will be regularly replaced by the staff.

Location: Guests wanting to spend a day at the beach will only have to walk 10 minutes to reach the closest one, towards the Anse Marcel Bay. As the beach is more inward than the areas nearby, it is protected from the winds and the water is shallower. This makes it a favourite destination of families with young children. There are also many water sports and activities to do, provided by local companies. If guests are feeling peckish, the areas with lots of restaurants are reachable with a five-minute drive. The town is a 20-minute car ride away, while grocery shops are a 10-minute ride. To get to the villa, it takes 35 minutes to drive from Princess Juliana International Airport.
