Casa La Giuggiola, located on the ground floor of a spacious two-story villa, offers a stunning 120 square meters of well-designed living space. Despite being less than four kilometers from the lively town center, the villa is situated in a peaceful corner, providing a serene escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. With its luxurious accommodations, this villa is perfect for family gatherings, vacations with friends, or a romantic retreat for couples. It can easily accommodate up to five guests, ensuring a comfortable stay in its lavish quarters.

Bedrooms: Casa La Giuggiola has one bedroom fitted with one queen-sized as well as one single bed. Both beds provide crisp, deluxe linens to deliver an excellent night’s sleep after a full day of sight-seeing. In the bedroom, you’ll also find ample closet space for stowing your belongings.

The bathroom boasts resort-like amenities so you can unwind and relax in the evening. If you’re planning on having an extra friend over, rest assured that they can catch a snooze on the double sofa bed that’s found in the living area.

Outdoors: The garden of Casa La Giuggiola is split into two levels, both offering pockets of peace and serenity. On the upper level, there are sun loungers as well as a furnished veranda with Al Fresco seating where you can dine while gazing out at sweeping views of the bay.

Take the stone steps leading down to the lower level where you can plunge into the oversized pool which provides some much-needed respite from the summer heat. The pool deck also comes with sun loungers so there’s plenty of space for everyone who wishes to work on their tan or simply dry off naturally after their swim. Towering, gently swaying trees add plenty of shade for when you need a break from the sun.

Indoors: A generously-sized and delightfully rustic living room beckons inside, complete with a satellite television so you can keep up with your favorite shows and movies- even during your holiday in Italy! Since the living room has a fireplace, you can be sure to be warm and comfortable even if you’re visiting during the dead of winter.

This space opens directly into the dining area where you will find a five-seater table, perfect for the guests and a couple of extra friends. In the kitchen, you can comfortably prepare your own meals thanks to the five-burner gas cooker, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, and electric oven. Cutlery and utensils are provided.

Staff Quarters: Towels and linens are provided and changed on a weekly basis to ensure your complete comfort during your stay. Air conditioning is also available at the villa, as well as free Wi-Fi to ensure that you can stay connected with your loved ones.

Upon request and for an added fee, it’s possible to book more services, including an in-house chef, grocery shopping, wine tours, private tours, cooking classes, boat tours, and more.
