Casa Del Sol which is available to rent only if renting the main Casa del Mar has a further two bedrooms with bathrooms, lounge, dining and kitchen as well as private swimming pool and sundecks with ample space for four adult gueststo relax and enjoy. This is perfect for guests wanting to holiday together but with a private space to retreat too.

Bedrooms: Casa del Mar has four spacious bedrooms. The bedrooms are air conditioned and fan cooled for guests comfort , with large windows and balconies looking over the ocean, making the rooms bright and sunny. Each is beautifully decorated with care, and delightful touches of tropical colour. The four bedrooms are dressed in crisp white and each is a restful, calm space for a wonderful night’s rest. The bedrooms are fully equipped with quality bedding and mattresses., and ample storage.Each room has WIFI, dish network, DVD player, ipod dock and stunning ensuites. The bathrooms are a masterpiece, finished in natural stones and very chic and hi end, each are complete with thick towels, quality toiletries, robes and slippers and hairdryers.

The further two bedrooms in Casa del Sol are equally as well equipped.

Outdoors: One of the highlights of this wonderful villa is the feel of indoor/outdoor living. The covered terrace is accessed from the lovely home, and boasts a built-in barbeque and dining space.. A large dining table and chairs overlooks the gardens and ocean beyond in a dining pavilion set in the grounds. There are also various areas to relax outdoors enjoying views out across the the unforgettable ocean. Everyone will love the large swimming pool, with space to swim laps, kick back and relax in the sun on one of the many comfortable sunbeds or simply curl up with a good boo, or a lovely afternoon snooze.There is also a covered lounge area, for those wanting a cooler spot to chill out, and many wonderful private spots to relax and unwind and large communal areas make this the most wonderful vacation home for all to relax, recharge and enjoy. Long leisurely days enjoying the outdoors and fabulous alfresco meals are a must, making the most of this special time with family and friends. A sonos sound system with speakers around the property is a divine touch. The eight seater cliff side jacuzzi is sure to be a popular sunset spot…enjoying a crisp clean white wine whilst bubbling away the kinks is a heavenly experience!

Onsite parking is perfect for guests’ convenience, and the property is fully enclosed and gated.

Indoors: Upon entering the living areas of this glorious villa, guests will be delighted. Open and bright, guests will love the feel openness and beautiful light.The comfortable lounge is a delight with oversized picture windows filling the room with sunlight. The lounge areas are stunning…a predominately white theme is featured throughout with lovely pops of colour in each room. Huge comfortable sofas ensure lounging and enjoying those stunning views is a delight for the senses, or perhaps a movie on the HDTV with surround sound, dvd player and satellite tv. This room is fan cooled or fully air conditioned depending on guests wishes.

The separate dining space is ample with capacity for eight adults at a lovely timber dining table and chairs, with fabulous views and sliding doors leading out to the furnished terrace is sure to be the place for delicious meals enjoying the company of loved ones..

The gourmet Valcucine kitchen, is modern, clean lined and very well equipped with all one could need to keep everyone happy. An oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and freezer, espresso machine, wine chiller and ice maker, washing machine, toaster, and utensils are provided, basically all guests could possibly need to prepare lovely meals.

The living areas in Casadel Sol are very similar, and equally as luxurious and spacious.

All guests will enjoy the lower level of the main house. A large cinema with oh so comfortable oversized leather sofas, huge screen, wifi, surround sound and DYD will be the place for fun nights with friends and family.

A fully equipped fitness room is next to the cinema, with a full bathroom is perfect for those wishing to keep up their exercise regimes.

Staff Quarters: The villa is fully deep cleaned before check in

24/7 assistance is provided for guests with a wonderful booking service for tours, transport and help with any questions guests may have. Shopping service, nannies, personal chef, spa treatment and many more services are available on request.

A baby cot and high chair are available for the little ones.

Maid service and turn down service are supplied seven days a week.
