It is located just above the scenic Grand Cul-de-Sac beach in St. Barth Island and yet, it is far away from the beach. You can easily drive down to the beach in just 5 minutes but you will stay away from those hoards of sunbathers, windsurfers, and kite surfers. The hillside location of this villa high above the turquoise water offers peace and tranquility, and also stunning panoramic views of the eastern end of the island and the Atlantic Ocean.

True peace reigns in this holiday villa. You can wander through the hills, explore the countryside, and reach areas where you may be alone with nature. The house drips with modern comforts. It features a private pool, gas barbecue, mini bar, DVD players, satellite televisions, and so much more. The huge terrace offers direct unobstructed views of the ocean. The rooms too offer impressive views.

Bedrooms: The villa offers 4 delightful bedrooms that can sleep up to 9 guests, all fitted with air-conditioning, wardrobes, and modern furnishing. Casa Azul is built on three levels. The main floor has a master suite with a king bed. It opens to the terrace and the pool through a wide door. The upper level has two adjacent bedrooms. One of them is designed to be the second master suite, while the other is a good choice for the kids. It has three twin beds. They both offer sea views.

The fourth bedroom has recently been added. It is on the lower level of the house. All four bedrooms are air-conditioned and ensuite. Three of them have televisions and DVDs. One bedroom has a mini-bar.

Outdoors: A spacious wooden terrace occupies the front of this villa. It has a large private pool with poolside loungers where you can lie down to sunbathe or if you prefer, stay under the shade of an umbrella. From the vantage point, you will be able to look at Grand Cul-de-Sac beach directly and deep into the sea. There are two shaded areas on either side of the pool. One has a lounging space with comfortable sofas and the second is a gazebo with an alfresco dining area. The gazebo also has a barbecue.

A staircase through the rocky face of the hill connects the other levels of the house making it easy to navigate.

Indoors: Enter the luxury house and you will see the integrated kitchen, dining, and living areas on the main floor. The dark wood and white fabric provide a clean and contemporary look. Wide sliding glass doors will give you ocean views from every vantage point of Casa Azul. They also provide easy access to the teak terrace.

This room has both indoor dining and lounging spaces, both facing large glass panels. The kitchen is adjacent and is a stylish section in itself, with good-looking appliances and a small breakfast area. A winding staircase goes to the upper level from here.

Staff Quarters: Guests staying at Casa Azul enjoy a special holiday because of the high quality of amenities, facilities, and location. The entire property will just be for you and your group for the duration of your stay. You will have exclusive access to the swimming pool, television, barbecue, kitchen, and everything else. There is a daily housekeeping service, six days a week. A range of on-demand services is also available for a charge.

Location: This family villa is very close to the Grand Cul-de-Sac beach, its clean water, and white sand. You will find many water sports activities on the shallow lagoon. There are many good places for food and drinks like the Japanese eatery Yosushimania, and also Amis, and Beach House. Petit Cul-de-Sac, which is very close, is smaller, and secluded.
