Bedrooms: Its three bedrooms are perfect for three couples, an extended family, or a small group of friends. The larger master suite has a double bed, while the two others have twin beds. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors in all the three bedrooms open to balconies that offer views of the garden, lawn, pool terrace, and the neighborhood. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned, perfect for the mid-day heat.

The house has two bathrooms and a toilet. Hairdryers are provided. Ca Na Magdalena sits next to Villa Can Baltasar, which also has three bedrooms. They are connected buildings in the same compound, only separated by a wall. So, if you are a larger group, you can book both these rental properties together for up to 12 guests.

Outdoors: This luxury villa has a very pleasing outdoor area, which you will like as soon as you enter the premises. There is a large private swimming pool with poolside loungers on the terrace where you can unwind and relax. Let your kids splash around in its shallow end safely. They are also going to love the ping pong table, which is going to keep them entertained, while you read a book or sip your drink.

The poolside lawn is a favorite area with the guests. You can spread out here while the kids run around. You can also organize a barbecue lunch. The second terrace has a barbecue. The villa also has a shaded area for your alfresco meals.

Indoors: The entire ground floor of the house comprises the large living and dining area, which is connected to the well-equipped kitchen. The doors in almost every room here open to the sun-soaked pool terrace. In the kitchen, you will find a large refrigerator, freezer, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer, dishwasher, and a washing machine.

This section of the house is also air-conditioned. The three bedrooms of the house are all on the first floor.

Staff Quarters: Feel free to use the iron, barbecue, swimming pool, garden furniture, pool towels, hairdryer, and the ping pong table. You will have complete and exclusive access to everything for the duration of your stay here. The cost of electricity, final cleaning, towels, around-the-clock assistance, and tourist tax are all included with your stay in this rental property. Anything extra comes at an additional cost. Electricity consumption is limited to 6.42 kw/h per person for a day.

Location: The prestigious Cala D’or Yacht Club and marina is only a short walk away. The Vall Dor golf club and an amusement park are also close. The beaches close to this holiday villa are – Cala Gran, Cala Ferrera, Cala Petita, Cala Esmeralda, Cala Egos, Cala d’es Forti, Cala Galera, and Cala Serena. Most of the shops, cafes, and restaurants are in the town center.
