Naturally, there is lush greenery surrounding this rental property. During the harvesting season, you will see many people working in the fields and plantations. At other times, the neighborhood is completely secluded. You can either put your feet up and enjoy a relaxing holiday surrounded by greenery or decide to participate in the activities and contribute towards the growth of a village community. Either way, the experience is going to be unique.

Budtt Farm Villa is a small house that can accommodate only 2 guests. The villa owner has deliberately kept the house small to ensure that the village area doesn’t get too crowded. The villa doesn’t seem like a forced construction in the landscape. It harmonizes easily with the surroundings. Nature lovers, those seeking privacy, guests who want a different kind of holiday, and a romantic couple, are all going to love it.

Bedrooms: This small villa measures 150 square meters but this should be adequate for two guests looking for a simple stay in the countryside. You will reach the bedroom after passing through its living area. It has a large double bed that easily sleeps two guests. You can also stay at Budtt as a family with a small child but the child must share the bed with her parents or a parent can sleep on the sofa bed.

The room has an antique chest of drawers and a wardrobe. There are also bedside tables with reading lamps. Large paintings decorate the walls. In the bathroom, you will find a shower area, bidet, washbasins with modern faucets, large mirrors, towels, and toiletries. A second door leads to the garden from the bathroom.

Outdoors: Step outside and marvel at the sights before you. There are banana plantations, coconuts, pepper, pineapple, papaya, jackfruit, and many other trees in every direction. Walk through the organic vegetable garden. Numerous paths lead to different areas. You will be able to disappear for some quiet time, meditation, or enjoy a moment of seclusion in nature. If you venture further, you will even reach the main village and get to see the traditional life of the people and learn about their culture and habits.

Outside the house, you will find a large swimming pool, which will be just for you and your partner. Besides this, there is a lawn and a garden with seating areas spread throughout the greenery. The terrace too has chairs and a table. And under the shade of a tree, you will find a beautiful outdoor dining area for a romantic meal.

Indoors: The house has an open-plan design with the same room having both the lounging and dining areas. On entering the Budtt Farm Villa, you will find the living area to your left, which has comfortable sofas with extra cushions, a study table, and antique furniture. The kitchen doubles up as the dining area. It has a table with high chairs and many appliances for your cooking. Of course, you can dine outside too on the terrace. With the greenery all around, dining there would be a wonderful experience.

Staff Quarters: You are never on your own when you stay here. A housekeeper will come daily to clean the premises and can also prepare your breakfast. All the rooms are air-conditioned. You will also find a safety box. The fully-equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave, pots, pans, tableware, and glassware. There is a fire extinguisher for your safety. You can use the Wi-Fi internet, swimming pool, and barbecue.

Location: This luxury property is close to the southernmost point of Sri Lanka. The historic city of Galle is close. Visit Galle and see its Dutch fort. You can also visit Koggala Lake and the Unawatuna beach, which has soft golden sand with many palm trees. Fat Boys Kitchen with a garden is a good place for those who want to eat out.
