Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms in the house, which are all unique in style and décor. They even have their own names – Palm Suite, Pearl Suite, Peacock Suite, and Pol Suite. You will find a different color theme in them and antique design elements, which will take you back to the rich history of this property. Three bedrooms have king beds, while the fourth has four-poster twin beds, all with high-quality linen and extra pillows for sleeping comfort.

All of them have their individual balconies with seating areas. This is a very thoughtful addition because you can relax here, bask in the sun, and casually read a book. All the bedrooms are ensuite and air-conditioned. The bathrooms have showers or bathtubs.

Outdoors: The villa is spread over a wide private estate of two acres with greenery everywhere. There are many tall palms and other trees and also a beautifully laid-out lawn. You will find plenty of sunny spots and cozy areas too, which can be your own secluded haven of peace and tranquility. The terrace has a shaded dining pavilion where you can have your outdoor meals with the family. There is also a covered verandah with an outdoor lounging and dining area.

The private swimming pool is flanked by a manicured lawn. A swim here can be very refreshing. On the poolside, you will find many loungers.

Indoors: The interior measures 320 square meters. After passing through the main door, you will reach a nice corridor, which will take you to the living room. This is a huge room with two separate sofa areas and windows or doors on two walls, offering you gorgeous views. This is a tall room with a high beamed ceiling. A gorgeous chandelier hangs from the top. You will find many antiques decorating the space.

The dining space, by comparison, is smaller, but it seats everyone. Notice the beautiful tiles here. The kitchen has many modern appliances and a breakfast table.

Staff Quarters: The British owner of Braganza House has ensured that the villa offers all forms of modern luxuries. The bedrooms have programmable safes, wardrobes with hangers, and plenty of storage space. Three are high chairs for a young family. This fully-staffed property offers the services of a doorman, villa manager, housekeeping team, and chef. Of course, you can also cook yourself. You will get a welcome drink when you arrive.
