Benito Bungalow can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests, making it an excellent choice for large family reunions or groups of friends in Sri Lanka. The villa boasts modern amenities for a luxurious stay, including a private swimming pool, a bar, a BBQ grill, a grand piano, and multiple living areas. With a dedicated staff comprising a villa manager, housekeepers, a gardener, and two chefs, your holiday can be enjoyed to the fullest with ease and relaxation.

Bedrooms: The house comprises five bedrooms, including a master suite with a super-king bed, wooden flooring, and a charming private balcony with seating. Three other bedrooms feature king-sized beds, while the fifth bedroom offers twin beds. The choice of antique and earthy materials for the beds harmonises with the villa’s natural setting. Expansive glass windows offer panoramic views, and ground-floor bedrooms grant direct access to a lush lawn through sliding glass doors. Each bedroom within this luxurious property is thoughtfully adorned with a pleasing blend of modern and antique decor elements. The ensuite bathrooms are equipped with showers, towels, toiletries, and hair dryers, ensuring both comfort and style.

Outdoors: Nestled on the slope of a verdant hill, this splendid five bedroom luxury residence creates an idyllic setting that resembles a nature reserve. Situated in Haputale, a quaint town on the southern fringes of the Sri Lankan hill country, the property offers sweeping views of the coastline to the south on clear days. When the weather is misty, the green hills are enveloped in a thick veil of fog, providing an otherworldly experience where you may feel surrounded by clouds, a truly unique sensation.

Situated in, not only the lush forest but also the meticulously maintained lawns and a beautiful garden, the house benefits from the dedicated care of an in-house gardener. The ground floor features a shaded area with outdoor lounge seating, allowing you to relax while admiring the breathtaking natural vistas. The lawn also boasts a private swimming pool, complete with a shallow end, and several loungers are thoughtfully arranged by the poolside. The swimming pool is equipped with winter heating. It has a shallow end measuring 4.5 feet and a deep end of 5 feet.

Indoors: The spacious interior spans an area of 900 square metres, featuring an open-plan room with an expansive sofa to comfortably accommodate all ten guests. A magnificent ten seat wooden dining table is thoughtfully placed just behind the sofa area. The room is adorned with exquisite chandeliers, lending an elegant touch to the space. A lengthy corridor leads from this room to the ground-floor bedrooms, while two ceiling-to-floor glass doors open up to the garden outside. Benito Bungalow also offers a separate TV room, complete with another generous sofa and a bar equipped with high chairs. Within this villa, you’ll discover a grand piano and a fully-equipped kitchen, though there’s no need to cook, as the house employs two full-time chefs. All rooms are air-conditioned and come with ceiling fans for added comfort. The house is equipped with a karaoke system and a barbecue for your enjoyment. Upon request, two additional beds can be provided. The library is conveniently situated beneath the staircase, which leads to the upper floor.
